And a clear path forward

Come as you are – this journey is yours to shape.

Our coaching sessions offer you space to grow, heal,

and find your path to sobriety.

Lara x

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all journey.  It’s personal, steady, and rooted in connection and balance.

We use the RISE Compass as your personal roadmap, so you always have a sense of direction no matter where you’re starting from.

Each of our sober coaching sessions is a mix of reflection, problem solving, real-life tools, and gentle support.  We focus on what matters to you that day, while staying connected to your bigger vision of alcohol free life!

The Focus Is On Your Journey

I offer coaching and support for women ready to quit alcohol.  Our one on one Zoom sessions are safe and spacious.

These conversations are where you can exhale.  They’re grounded, honest, and focused entirely on you.

There’s no pressure, no judgment – remember I absolutely get it!  This is where you get the room to explore what’s coming up and where you’re heading.

Between Sessions

You’ll leave each session with gentle reflections and new practices to explore.

These will take so many different forms and they are tailored to you and your personal path.  It’s never about “doing it right”.  It’s about creating space for insight and integration.

Big change often happens in quiet moments.  That’s where things begin to settle and shift.

Lasting change does not rely on willpower.  Like any other muscle, willpower gets tired and doesn’t always work when we want it to!  Building your emotional sobriety means that you won’t have to rely on your nerve.

It helps to have a coach and mentor who knows how to guide you through the early days and set you on the path to emotional sobriety.  Someone who can listen deeply, offer perspective, and gently keep you moving forward.  You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Our work blends coaching and mentoring.  I bring both professional training and lived experience of getting out of the rut of daily drinking and into a life of sober joy.  Working with me, you’ll feel supported, and understood as you step into an empowered sober life.

What Happens In Our Coaching Sessions?

In the early days, we focus on rooting you in your new sober life, using the four points of the RISE Compass to establish a solid foundation that empowers you every day.

Each meeting is unique, just like you. But here are some of the things we often explore in sober coaching sessions:

Daily Rhythms

We look at your current routines and create small, steady shifts that support your sobriety.

Gentle structure without rigidity or overwhelm.

Practical Tools That Work For You

Together, we build a set of practices that will set you up to be able to handle cravings, triggers, and emotional waves without needing to desperately ‘deal with it’ in the moment.

Finding the ways that actually work for you.

Emotional Clarity

We work through old patterns, internal noise, and the emotional residue alcohol may have left behind.

It’s about feeling clear and grounded again.

Accountability

Throughout our journey you will make commitments to yourself, and I’ll support you with accountability to keep those commitments.

Sobriety asks us to lean in on self compassion, and it also calls time on playing small.  We say we’ll do it, and then we do it.

Letting Go Of Shame & Bringing In Kindness

There’s no space for shame here.  We gently let it go, and replace it with deep compassion, care, and kindness for yourself.

Celebration

We celebrate the quiet wins, the bold steps, and everything in between.  Your growth deserves to be acknowledged!

What Does Sober Coaching Cost?

Your RISE coaching program costs £595.

For this you receive eight private coaching sessions over three months, including personalised between-session exercises and check-in accountability.

This package gives you both structure and flexibility.

The price works out to be about the same as buying a bottle of wine a day over the period.  So you may well find that when you stop buying alcohol, coaching fits easily into your budget (probably leaving room for a few treats too!)

Need To Know A Little More?

You can contact me to ask me anything you like about working together; I’m very open and down to earth!

Here are a few of the questions I get asked most often about the coaching and support that I offer:

Do I need to stop drinking before we start working together?

We can start where you are.  What matters most is your genuine commitment to change.

Coaching works best when you’re ready to actively build your alcohol-free life.

That spark of possibility is enough to begin, but your willingness to take consistent steps forward will determine how your journey unfolds.

This isn’t about judgment.  I want to ensure you get real value from our work together.

How do I know if I'm ready for sober coaching?

If you’re questioning your relationship with alcohol and feeling a pull toward change – even if it’s accompanied by fear – you’re ready.

Readiness isn’t about certainty, it’s about curiosity.  Most of my clients wish they’d reached out even sooner.

I've tried to quit drinking before and failed. How is coaching different?

Previous attempts aren’t failures, they’re practice rounds.

Coaching provides structure, accountability, and personalized strategies that address your specific challenges.

We’ll identify what derailed your previous attempts and build a more sustainable approach together.

What happens in our first session together?

Our first session will focus on understanding your unique relationship with alcohol and creating your personal roadmap to sobriety.
We’ll discuss your drinking patterns, previous attempts at cutting back, your motivations for change, and what success looks like for you.
You’ll leave with clarity, hope, and your first practical steps.

What happens between our coaching sessions?

Between sessions, you’ll practice what we’ve discussed through personalised takeaway exercises.

These might include mindfulness practices, journaling exercises, body-connection or movement exercises, nature experiences, or trying new things.

You’ll also be putting into practice the ways of navigating sober life that you discover in our sessions.  The practical solutions to the challenges at hand.

These activities aren’t just “homework” they’re practical tools to build your alcohol-free life.

How many sessions will I need?

We start with an eight-session package to build momentum and establish core skills.

After that, you can continue with smaller booking blocks or interim journey check-ins and boosts.  These will be based on your needs and priced accordingly

What happens once my RISE program has ended?

I’m very happy to continue working together, but my job as a coach is to help set you on your path and then watch you soar!

So you won’t need me forever, and we’ll work out what’s right for you if you want to do a bit more after the first three months.

And you won’t be on your own after your RISE program comes to a close!  I’m actively building Her Way : Together as a community so keep an eye on the Community page on my site, or follow on socials as I’m creating space for some amazing sober women to hang out.  And you’ll be one of them x
