I’m a sober woman too. I know what it’s like to white-knuckle your way through the day, wondering if this is as good as it gets.
I spent years reading, trialling and stitching together ways of responding that actually make sense when things get hard, not just when you’re reading the book.
What I needed then is what I bring to you now: emotional sobriety built on practices that hold when life presses in, because they’ve been tested in the real world.
What I learned during my own emotional sobriety journey (which I’ll never stop travelling) became the foundation of my coaching.
It led to the creation of the RISE Compass, which I created so you don’t have to piece things together the way I did.
This isn’t just work for your head, and it’s not just nervous system support either.
What makes it different is how the two come together.
Because emotional sobriety isn’t just something you understand. This is a conversation between your head and your body.
And when you learn how to be part of that conversation, sobriety stops being something you maintain – and becomes something you’re damn glad you chose.
