Everything here in Her Way : Haven has been created by me to give you a sense of what it’s like to work together (with the exception of The Journey, which I certainly can’t lay claim to!)

My approach is gentle and upbeat – but that doesn’t mean soft around the edges.

Change, especially around drinking, asks for honesty, courage, and consistency.  The work we do together is steady, real, enjoyable (yes really!!!) and grounded in your life as it is.
